Top 20 selected Companies for EUDIS Business Accelerator

Today, the European Commission is announcing the first cohort of companies that will take part in the EUDIS Business Accelerator, a strategic programme aimed at bolstering Europe’s defence sector by supporting highly innovative start-ups and scale-ups from EU Member States and Norway.

What does EUDIS Business Accelerator offer? 

This programme offers a package of tailored support for selected companies, including: 

  • Coaching, Training and Advice from Experts: More than 300 hours of tailored support to help companies align their innovations with the strategic needs of defence end-users.
  • Bootcamps: Six on-site Bootcamps held alongside major EU defence industry events, offering immersive training, pitch sessions, and ecosystem engagement.
  • Workshops: specialized, high-quality, hands-on workshops led by top defence professionals, featuring insights from defence end-users, corporates, and investors.
  • Networking Opportunities: Exclusive direct access to the EU defence innovation ecosystem, promoting collaboration and potential business partnerships.
  • Testing Facilities: On-demand access to operational testing environments that simulate real-life defence scenarios, enabling technical validation and iterative development.
  • €65,000€ Seed Voucher: Each company will receive a €65,000 non-dilutive seed voucher to support the development and scaling of their solutions — subject to clear milestones and performance metrics. 

These are the 20 Start-ups and Scale-ups joining first EUDIS Business Accelerator 

Twenty highly innovative companies from across EU Member States and Norway have been selected for this first edition, chosen for their innovation capacity, strategic relevance, and readiness to contribute to Europe’s defence ecosystem.

These companies will now benefit from tailored support, including personalised mentorship, targeted training, and access to strategic resources to enhance their market readiness and accelerate their growth in the defence sector.

  1. 3YOURMIND (DE): On-demand manufacturing for defence & critical infrastructures
  2. Ascent Lumina (LV): Synthetic RGB and Thermal images for robust vision AI models
  3. Autoagri (NO): Multi-purpose heavy duty field vehicle
  4. Defensphere (Vegvisir) (EE): Situational awareness system for armoured vehicles, unmanned ground vehicles & command stations
  5. Edge Aerospace (LU): On-board computing solutions for space & defence
  6. Elwave (FR): Electromagnetic detection, characterisation & navigation
  7. Fernride (DE): Ground vehicles logistics & autonomy for mission-critical operations
  8. Fiducial (NL): On-board situational awareness for UAVs
  9. Marble Imaging (DE): Dual-use terrain & trafficability software for mission planning
  10. Munich Quantum Instruments (DE): Superconducting single photon detector for quantum computing, optical communication & threat detection
  11. Nanomade (FR): Ultra-sensitive deformation sensors
  12. Nautrik (SE): Maritime multi-mission modular platform
  13. Nordic Air Defence (SE): Dual-use drone interceptor platform
  14. Radical Builders (NL): Unmanned vessels for critical offshore capabilities improvement
  15. SE3Labs (DE): AI-powered battlefield intelligence
  16. Snowpack (FR): Virtual & invisible private network (VIPN) provider
  17. U-Space (FR): Smallsat constellation manufacturer
  18. UAB Luna Robotics (LT): Night vision cameras and driving systems for FPV drones
  19. VoxelSensors (BE): Dual-use 3D, spatial sensing and eye tracking solutions for industry & defence
  20. X Reality Factory (ES): AI-powered decision-making solution for combat & autonomous operations 

What’s next?  EUDIS Business Accelerator Takes Off: Join Us at the Paris Air Show

 The programme’s official launch will take place at the Paris Air Show in mid-June 2025. Over the following eight months, these companies will benefit from intensive support, aimed at advancing their solutions and strengthening Europe's defence capabilities.
